Information and Policy

 

Please leave jewelry and valuables at home. We provide robes and sandals for your appropriate treatments. Ours is a quiet environment and you will be asked to turn off your phones. Children are permitted only during a “Princess Party” event. During your services our trained staff will respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols, draping techniques and the spa's policies and procedures. It is your responsibility to communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit. Please inform us at the time you make your appointment if you have a preference for a male or female therapist, your comfort is important to us and given sufficient notice we can accommodate your request.

 

When you make an appointment we reserve a therapist, time and room exclusively for you. We understand how difficult it is for you to make time for yourself, and we pride ourselves in keeping to our schedule and making your visit with us as pleasant as possible. Should you arrive late, it may cut into your reserved time so we suggest you arrive 5 minutes early. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for single treatments and multiple or group treatments require at least a 48 hour notice. Spa parties of 5 or more require at least a 72-hour cancellation notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100% to the credit card you have given us to hold your appointment.

 

You are being served by some of the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. It is customary for a 10% to 20% gratuity upon satisfied treatment. A 20% gratuity will be included for parties of two or more.
